Russell Leroy Savage Jr., 63, of Fort Washakie, passed away Jan. 3, 2018, at his home. A visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. Jan. 4in the Chapel of Mount Hope. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Jan. 5in the Chapel of Mount Hope at Hudson's Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Sacajawea Cemetery in Fort Washakie.

Harold D. Skjoldal, 90, of Riverton, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, at the Help for Health Hospice Home.Services are pending through Davis Funeral Home.

Garry E. Parker, 72, of Riverton, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, at the Wind River Health Care and Rehabilitation Center.As were his wishes, cremation has taken place, and no services will be held.

Auditions for the Missoula Children's Theatre performance of "Treasure Island" are open to all K-12 students at 3:30 p.m. at Willow Creek Elementary School, 1200 W. Monroe Ave. in Riverton. The performance will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13 at the Robert A. Peck Arts Center Theater on the Central Wyoming College Campus.

In Riverton Police Department reports Wednesday:

-Treg Lookingbill, 18, of Riverton, was cited at about 2 a.m. Wednesday on the bike path near South Railroad Avenue for possession of marijuana.

No injuries were recorded in a minor traffic incident reported at about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of Butte Drive.

No injuries were recorded in a minor traffic incident reported at about 10:10 a.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of East Washington Avenue.

No injuries were recorded in a minor traffic incident reported at about 10:40 a.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of North Eighth Street West. Daryln Reed, 72, of St. Stephen's, was cited for entering or crossing a roadway.

No injuries were recorded in a minor hit and run incident reported at about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in a parking lot in the 1700 block of North Federal Boulevard.

In Fremont County Sheriff's Office reports Wednesday:

-Ramona Shakespeare, 46, of Riverton, was arrested at about 7 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of East Main Street in Lander on a Fremont County warrant for failure to appear.

Deputies responded at about 8:25 p.m. Wednesday to reports that a black cow was in the middle of the road on Burma Road north of Riverton.
