HALLETT

Longtime Lander resident Rose "Sue" Hallett, 74, passed away Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 15, 2017, at the Lander Valley Baptist Church in Lander.

ANTELOPE

Kenneth Gerald Antelope, 63, of West Valley City, Utah, passed away Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017. An evening service will be held Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017, at Great Plains Hall in Arapahoe, with a wake to follow at the same location.Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, 2017, at St. Stephen's Catholic Church. Interment will be in the St. Stephen's Catholic Cemetery.

HANKS

Greg Hanks, 66, of Lander passed away Dec. 5, 2017, at his home in Red Canyon with his family by his side. Per his request there will be no services.

UMSCHEID

Former Riverton resident Darrell Q. Umscheid, 85, died Dec. 5, 2017, in Fremont, Nebraska. Cremation has take place, and no services are scheduled.

In Riverton Police Department weekend reports through Monday:

-No one was injured in an armed robbery reported at about 12:45 a.m. Friday in the 300 block of North Federal Boulevard. Officials said the suspect entered the business and demanded money, but the clerk didn't comply. Reports state the suspect then pulled out an expandable baton, expanded it and demanded "something;" he took "a bunch of cigarettes" and left the scene.

- Eldon Antelope, 52, of Riverton, was arrested at about 4:45 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of East Main Street for public intoxication.

- Zhane Brown, 19, of Casper, was arrested at about 5:40 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of East Main Street for minor in possession and public intoxication.

- Police responded at about 8:45 a.m. Friday to reports that someone had cut the brake lines on a vehicle in the 800 block of East Park Avenue. Reports state the victim saw a puddle of fluid under the vehicle and realized the lines had been cut before driving.

- Jackie Lobdell, 24, of Riverton, was cited at about 11:15 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of North Eighth Street West for use of methamphetamine.

- No injuries were recorded in a minor traffic incident reported at about 11:20 a.m. Friday in the 600 block of Eagle Drive.

- Benjamin Soundingsides, 33, of St. Stephen's, was arrested at about 2:30 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of North Broadway on three Fremont County Sheriff's Office warrants.

- Police responded at about 3 p.m. Friday to reports of a minor hit and run incident in the 1000 block of East Jackson Avenue.

- Kenneth Shakespeare, 31, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 5:40 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of West Adams Avenue for public intoxication.

- Brandon C'Hair, 21, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 11:15 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of North Federal Boulevard for domestic battery and on a Fremont County Sheriff's Office warrant. Officials said no medical attention was required.

- No injuries were recorded in a minor traffic incident reported at about 12:35 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of North Federal Boulevard.

- Samuel Whiteplume, 35, of Riverton, was arrested at about 4:15 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of North Federal Boulevard for public intoxication.

- Jordan Oldman, 24, of Riverton, was arrested at about 4:55 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West Main Street for public intoxication.

- Christopher SunRhodes, 64, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 6:10 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of East Fremont Avenue for public intoxication.

- Bill Gould, 45, of Riverton, was arrested at about 6:20 p.m. Saturday in the 2100 block of West Sunset Drive for public intoxication.

- Fatima Addison, 38, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 7:40 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of East Jefferson Avenue on a Fremont County Sheriff's Office warrant.

- Robert Richards, 41, of Riverton, was arrested at about 8:25 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of North 12th Street East for public intoxication.

- Jessica Swallow, 23, of Fort Washakie, was cited at about 9:40 p.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of Peck Avenue for possession of marijuana.

- Victor Addison, 27, of Riverton, was arrested at about 1:50 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of South Fifth Street East on five Riverton municipal warrants. He also was cited for theft of services; officials said he failed to pay for an $85 taxi ride.

- Dexter Duran, 29, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 2:45 p.m. Sunday in the 1700 block of North Federal Boulevard for shoplifting, probation revocation and on a Fremont County Sheriff's Office warrant.

- Police responded at about 2:45 p.m. Sunday to reports of a minor hit and run incident in the Riverton area.

- Paul Bell, 56, of Riverton, was arrested at about 4:10 p.m. Sunday in the 700 block of North Federal Boulevard for public intoxication.

- Vernon Manderson, 45, of St. Stephen's, was arrested at about 5:40 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of North Federal Boulevard for public intoxication.

- Ryan Monroe, 30, of Ethete, was arrested at about 5:50 p.m. Sunday in the 700 block of North Federal Boulevard for domestic battery. Officials said no medical treatment was required.

- Aloysius Piper, 50, of Ethete, was arrested at about 7:05 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of West Adams Avenue for open container.

- No injuries were recorded in a minor traffic incident reported at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of North Federal Boulevard.

- Paul Cohea, 43, of Riverton, was arrested at about 10:55 p.m. Sunday in the 500 block of North 15th Street East for domestic battery. Officials said no medical treatment was required.

- Mary Addison, 54, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 11:20 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Forest Drive for public intoxication.

- Two people were trespassed at about 12:40 p.m. Monday from Riverton High School, 2001 W. Sunset Drive.

- Police responded at about 3:35 p.m. Monday to reports that a $35 cell phone had been stolen from a building in the 1200 block of East Washington Avenue.

- Minor damage was recorded in a hit and run incident reported at about 5:20 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of South Seventh Street East.

- William Yellowbear, 44, of Riverton, was arrested at about 5:15 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of East Main Street for public intoxication.

- Levon Jaure, 34, of Riverton, was arrested at about 11:25 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of East Bell Avenue for child endangerment and resisting arrests. Police were called to the property to check on the welfare of Jaure's 6-year-old son, according to reports. Officials said when they arrived at the scene Jaure began arguing and trying to fight with officers. When they said they needed to check on the child, reports state he refused to let them inside. Police said they determined he was too intoxicated to care for the boy, so they began to arrest him, and he tried to run back in the house, so they had to "tackle him." The boy went to his grandma's house, according to reports.

In Fremont County Sheriff's Office weekend reports through Monday:

-Deputies assisted the Wyoming Highway Patrol in responding at about 9:35 a.m. Friday to reports that a vehicle had gone off of the road in the 9400 block of Wyoming Highway 789 near Hudson.

- Michael Budimir, 34, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 2:25 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of Riverview Road in Riverton on a Laramie County warrant based on a court order.

- Courtney Tracy, 32, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 3:05 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of Riverview Road in Riverton for driving under the influence and resisting arrest.

- No injuries were recorded after deputies responded at about 5:25 p.m. Friday to reports that a vehicle had struck a deer in the 100 block of Rendezvous Road near Hudson.

- Deputies responded at about 5:30 p.m. Friday to reports that a deer carcass was blocking both lanes of travel in the 11900 block of U.S. Highway 26 west of Riverton.

- Brandon Quinn, 28, of Riverton, was arrested at about 10 p.m. Friday on David's Way in Riverton on a Fremont County warrant for failure to appear.

- Deputies assisted firefighters with reports that a vehicle was on fire at about 10:35 p.m. Friday in the 10900 block of U.S. Highway 20 near Shoshoni.

- Deputies responded at about 12:45 p.m. Saturday to reports that someone had stolen items from a disabled vehicle that had been left along the roadway in the 5700 block of Wyoming Highway 28 south of Lander.

- Deputies responded at about 5:55 p.m. Saturday to reports that two people were stuck in a maroon GMC truck on Bison Bason Road near Sweetwater Station. Reports state a deputy located the stuck vehicle and provided a ride for both occupants.

- Eric Jaramillo, 45, of St. Stephen's, was arrested at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of North Federal Boulevard in Riverton on a Fremont County warrant for interference with a peace officer.

- Deputies responded at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday to reports that holiday decorations had been stolen from a home on Sunnyside Avenue in Riverton.

- Two 17-year-old boys were cited at about 1:35 a.m. Sunday on Kasper Lane in Riverton for battery against a 15-year-old boy. A 40-year-old woman also was issued a citation for permitting a house party where minors were present. Officials said the reporting party's daughter saw a video on social media in which subjects were having a party and fighting.

- Deputies responded at about 7:25 a.m. Sunday to reports that 20 cows were out in the 900 block of Fremont Street in Lander.

- Deputies assisted firefighters in responding to reports of smoke at about 9:10 a.m. Sunday on North Mountain View Drive in Dubois.

- No injuries were recorded in a traffic incident reported at about 6:45 a.m. Monday on Teachers Road near Pavillion. Initial reports indicate a vehicle had struck yaks, or long-haired cows, in the area.

- Delphine Charging, 48, of Riverton, was arrested for bond violation.

- Hannah Headley, 34, of Riverton, was arrested at about 8:45 a.m. Monday in the 9000 block of Wyoming Highway 789 near Hudson on a Fremont County warrant for failure to appear.

- Robert Conway, 62, of Shoshoni, was arrested at about 10:35 a.m. Monday in the 400 block of Railroad Street in Lander on a Fremont County warrant for probation revocation.

- Two occupants in a 1994 Chevy truck suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle rollover reported at about 7:30 p.m. Monday in the 900 block of Eight Mile Road near Pavillion. The driver, Jimmy Stuart, 37, of Pavillion, was arrested for driving under the influence and on two Fremont County civil bench warrants for contempt of court. Officials said the truck was northbound when it left the roadway to the right; Stuart over-corrected, and the vehicle rolled one complete time.

- Gabriel Moss, 46, of Fort Washakie, was arrested on a hold for probation and parole.
