A daughter was born to Ashley Kraft of Riverton at 5:50 p.m. Dec. 1 at SageWest Health Care at Lander. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces.

Charles "Chuck" Dodge III, 36, of Arapaho, passed away Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017.A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at Great Plains Hall with the wake to follow at 35 Great Plains Loop.The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, at Great Plains Hall with burial to follow at the Arapaho Catholic Cemetery in St. Stephen's.

Raelyn Vertolli, 5 months, passed away Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017, at her home. Private services will be held.

Leah Morgart, 96, of Shoshoni, passed away Friday, Dec. 1, 2017, at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at Davis Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, at St. Margaret's Catholic Church with interment following at Mountain View Cemetery.A reception will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the Shoshoni Senior Center, 214 E. Second St.

WILLY

Janet Willy, 86, of Riverton, died Monday, Dec. 4, 2017, at ] Wind River Health Care. According to her wishes cremation has taken place with inurnment at Mountain View Cemetery. Private family services will be held.

In Riverton Police Department weekend reports through Monday:

-Police responded at about 12:25 a.m. Friday to reports that a window had been broken at a hotel in the 900 block of East Sunset Drive.

- Edison Charlie, 21, of Ethete, was arrested at about 12:40 a.m. Friday in the 1300 block of Energy Lane on a Fremont County Sheriff's Office warrant and for vandalism. Officials said he tore a screen on a door.

- Christopher Collins, 31, of Hudson, was arrested at about 6:15 a.m. Friday in the 1100 block of North 11th Street West on a Fremont County Sheriff's Office warrant. He also was cited for speeding and driving while suspended.

- Danelle Friday, 36, of Riverton, was arrested at about 10:15 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of West Adams Avenue for probation revocation.

- Nicole Aragon, 31, of Riverton, was arrested at about 10:45 a.m. Friday in the 300 block of Spire Drive on two Fremont County Sheriff's Office warrants.

- Bobby York, 25, of Riverton, was arrested at about 11:30 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of West Adams Avenue on a Fremont County Sheriff's Office warrant.

- Byron Potts, 46, of Riverton, was arrested at about 5:45 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of East Sunset Drive for driving under the influence, following too close and no insurance. Officials said the incident involved a minor traffic collision.

- No injuries were recorded in a minor traffic incident reported at about 5:15 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of East Main Street.

- Edward Brown, 58, of Riverton, was arrested at about 5:05 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of East Main Street for public intoxication.

- Two people were arrested and three were cited at about 3:40 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of East Fremont Avenue. Caleb C'Bearing, 19, of Ethete, was arrested for interference and minor in possession; officials said he ran from police. Koleton Lonebear, 19, of Fort Washakie, was arrested for vandalism, interference, disturbing the peace and minor in possession; officials said he damaged the door to a house and was being belligerent, and he also ran from police. Kali Keene, 19, of Kinnear, Makenzie Hitshew, 19, of Riverton, and Buell Robinson, 20, of Lander, all were cited for minor in possession. The initial call was regarding a fight.

- Tashena Jealous, 32, of Riverton, was arrested at about 5 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of East Main Street for public intoxication.

- Samuel Whiteplume, 35, of Riverton, was arrested at about 6:35 p.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of West Main Street for public intoxication.

- Ronald Brown, 51, of St. Stephen's, was arrested at about 8:40 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of South Third Street West for public intoxication.

- Paul Bell, 56, of Riverton, and Vernon Manderson, 45, of St. Stephen's, both were arrested at about 9 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of South First Street for public intoxication. Manderson also was arrested for resisting; officials said he lay on the ground when they tried to take him into custody, and he had to be physically lifted.

- Five people were cited at about1:10 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Eagle Drive for minor inpossession: two 14-year-old Riverton boys, a 15-year-old Riverton girl, a 15-year-old Arapahoe girl and a 17-year-old Riverton girl.

- Houston Headley, 49, of Ethete, was arrested at about 2:40 a.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of West Main Street for public intoxication.

- Police responded at about 10 a.m. Sunday to reports that someone had sprayed paint on a garage door and garbage can in the 400 block of West Main Street

- Arapaho Oldman, 39, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 10:10 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of South Third Street East on a Fremont County Sheriff's Office warrant.

- Minor damage was recorded after a hit and run incident reported at about 6:40 a.m. Monday in the 3000 block of College Hill Drive.

- Christopher Hardcastle, 36, of Riverton, was arrested at about 9 a.m. Monday in the 400 block of East Adams Avenue for use and possession of methamphetamine.

Dennis Bearing, 36, of Riverton, was arrested at about 1:30 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of West Main Street for driving under the influence.

Tracy Wagon, 46, of Riverton, was arrested at about 2:10 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of East Park Avenue for probation revocation.

Larry Schaller, 35, of Riverton, was arrested at about 3:15 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of North Eighth Street West on a Fremont County Sheriff's Office warrant.

Eldon Antelope, 52, of Riverton, was arrested at about 3:35 p.m. Monday on the bike path near East Pershing Avenue for public intoxication.

Edward Brown, 58, of Riverton, was arrested at about 5:25 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Main Street for public intoxication.

A citation has been prepared for a female subject who confirmed that she had used marijuana at about 8:40 p.m. Monday in the 2600 block of Peck Avenue. Officials received a report that someone smelled marijuana coming from a Central Wyoming College dormitory. When police arrived they said they were able to enter the room, where they found marijuana; the female subject was not there, but police talked to her on the phone, and she said she had used the drug.

In Fremont County Sheriff's Office weekend reports through early Tuesday:

- Deputies responded at about 8:10 a.m. Friday to reports that a motorcycle had been found in a ditch in the 2200 block of North Second Street in Lander. Officials said it appeared someone was trying to steal the motorcycle, which was in a ditch next to its owner's residence.

- Brandon Smiley, 32, of Riverton, was arrested at about 3 p.m. Friday in the 1200 block of West Main Street in Riverton on a Fremont County civil bench warrant for contempt of court.

- Deputies responded at about 4 p.m. Friday to reports of vandalism in the 100 block of North Cherry Street in Pavillion. The reporting party said a bathroom screen had been "rolled about" and there was a crack in another window.

- Vanessa Seminole, 32, of Roundup, Montana, was arrested at about 5 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Major Avenue in Riverton on two Fremont County warrants for failure to appear.

- Mandy Eagleroad, 38, of Lander, was arrested at about 5:50 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of North Sixth Street in Lander on a Fremont County civil bench warrant for contempt of court.

- Christopher Webb, 27, of Lander, was arrested at about 6:30 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of Rail Lane in Lander on a Fremont County warrant for failure to appear.

- No injuries were recorded after a vehicle reportedly struck a deer at about 8:20 p.m. Friday in the 7900 block of Wyoming Highway 789 near Lander.

- Deputies responded at about 10:35 p.m. Friday to reports that a vehicle had hit a deer in the 8900 block of Wyoming Highway 789 near Lander.

- Waylon Lajeunesse, 46, of Fort Washakie, was arrested at about 6:25 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of Main Street in Lander on two Fremont County warrants for contempt of court.

- James Hallett, 47, of Lander, was arrested at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of North Eighth Street in Lander on three Fremont County civil bench warrants for contempt of court.

- Brittany Spoonhunter, 30, of St. Stephen's, was arrested at about 10:05 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of North Federal Boulevard in Riverton on a Fremont County warrant for failure to appear.

- No injuries were recorded after a vehicle reportedly hit a deer at about 1:15 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Eight Mile Road near Pavillion.

- Kathleen Schultejann, 55, of Lander, was arrested at about 11:25 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Cliff Street in Lander on a Fremont County warrant for contempt of court.

- Richard Visconte, 53, of Lander, was arrested at about 2:40 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of North Sixth Street in Lander on a Fremont County warrant for contempt of court.

- Dubois Search and Rescue volunteers responded at about 5:15 p.m. Sunday to reports that two 19-year-old men had gotten a four-wheeler stuck in a snow drift during a blizzard on Horse Creek Road near Dubois. Initial reports indicate the subjects' clothes were wet but they did have tools to start a fire. Officials said the volunteers located the two men in distress and brought them back into town Sunday evening without incident.

- Jason Baldes, 39, of Fort Washakie, was arrested for driving under the influence.

- Darcie Hartbank, 24, of Riverton, was arrested on a Fremont County warrant for bond revocation.

- No injuries were recorded in a two-vehicle traffic incident reported at about 8:35 a.m. Monday on Cooper Road near Riverton.

- No injuries were recorded when a vehicle reportedly slid off of the roadway at about 9:45 a.m. Monday in the 9000 block of Wyoming Highway 789 near Hudson.

A license plate was reported stolen at about 1:30 p.m. Monday from a vehicle in the 600 block of South Federal Boulevard in Riverton.

- Fire crews responded at about 12:35 a.m. Tuesday to reports of a small fire in a house in the 8600 block of Wyoming Highway 789 near Lander. The reporting party said the house was full of smoke; initial reports indicate she was advised to "get herself and her two kids out of the house."

- Deputies responded at about 5 a.m. Tuesday to reports that there were eight horses in the middle of the road on Mortimore Lane near Lander.
