A daughter was born to Kenzie Monroe of Riverton and Toysy Smith Jr. of Topeka, Kansas at 11:26 p.m. November 2, at Sage West Health Care at Lander. She weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces.

A son was born to Brittany Harris of Riverton and Scott Harris of Riverton at 1:28 p.m. November 3, at Sage West Health Care at Lander. He weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces.

LITTLEWHITEMAN

A baby was born to Kerry Scott of Pavillion and Cole Littlewhiteman of Pavillion at 10:22 p.m. November 3, at Sage West Health Care at Lander. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 15.4 ounces.

In Riverton Police Department weekend reports through Monday:

Shyleen Twobulls, 29, of Fort Washakie, and Chasity Makeshine, 28, of Riverton, both were arrested at about 1:30 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of East Main Street for battery on a household member. Officials said the women were fighting with one another. No serious injuries were recorded.

Michael Brown, 48, of Riverton, was arrested at about 4:45 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of North Federal Boulevard on a courtesy hold for a warrant out of Florida.

Ronald Brown, 51, of St. Stephen's, was arrested at about 5 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of East Pershing Avenue for public intoxication.

Police responded at about 5:50 p.m. Friday to reports of a hit and run incident in the 2300 block of East Adams Avenue. Minor damage was recorded, and there are no suspects.

Wilford Hill, 25, of Ethete, was arrested at about 6:15 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of East Main Street for public intoxication.

Chester Moss, 38, of St. Stephen's, was arrested at about 6:30 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of North Federal Boulevard for public intoxication.

Newell Duran, 52, of Riverton, was arrested at about 8:05 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of West Park Avenue on a Fremont County Sheriff's Office warrant.

Charles Vanderpool, 52, of Lander, was arrested at about 9:05 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of North Second Street East for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.

Thomas Shakespeare, 34, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 2:20 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of South Federal Boulevard for driving under the influence, no driver's license, interference, on a Fremont County Sheriff's Office warrant and felon interference. Officials said he kicked an officer in the knee and was "just not being cooperative." No medical treatment was necessary.

Jesse Willow, 40, of Riverton, was arrested at about 4:50 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of East Main Street on a Riverton municipal warrant.

Police responded at about 7:45 a.m. Saturday to reports that the rear window of a vehicle in the 500 block of West Main Street had broken. Officials said the reporting party had turned on the rear defrost fan when the window shattered.

A $600 cell phone was reported stolen at about 2:15 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of North Federal Boulevard from an unlocked vehicle in the 1700 block of North Federal Boulevard.

Jasmine Bell, 18, of Riverton, was arrested at about 8:25 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of South Federal Boulevard for minor in possession and probation revocation.

Cheryl Funkle, 37, of Riverton, was arrested at about 8:50 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of East Roosevelt Avenue for child endangering. Officials said she was watching five children - the oldest was 7 - when she decided to leave the house to find her boyfriend, who had left during an argument. When she returned, police said she was intoxicated.

Police responded at about 11:10 p.m. Saturday to reports that someone was shining a flashlight into vehicle and home windows in the 300 block of Spire Drive.

Police responded at about 8:10 a.m. Sunday to reports that both side mirrors of a vehicle in the 500 block of North Third Street East had been broken.

A license plate was reported stolen at about 2:35 p.m. Sunday in the Riverton area.

Samuel Whiteplume, 35, of Riverton, was arrested at about 440 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of East Park Avenue on four Riverton municipal warrants.

Nicole Onsager, 40, of Riverton, was arrested at about 6:10 p.m. Sunday in the 500 block of West Fremont Avenue for battery on a household member. Minor injuries were recorded; officials said she scratched her boyfriend's face and bit him.

Russell Savage, 32, of Lander, was arrested at about 9:20 p.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of South Federal Boulevard for driving under the influence, open container and property destruction. Officials said he had shown up at a home in the area and begun honking his horn and "holler(ing) for his girlfriend to come out." Reports state he eventually got out of the vehicle and went to the door, and the residents told him his girlfriend was not there. After they closed the door, reports state Savage broke a window with a rock.

A 15-year-old Riverton girl was cited at about 10 a.m. Monday for petit theft in the 2000 block of West Sunset Drive. Officials said she took a cell phone.

Aaron Marcus, 34, of Riverton, was arrested Monday morning for probation violation.

Eldon Antelope, 52, of Riverton, and Darrel Moss, 55, of Riverton, both were arrested at about 4:30 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Pershing Avenue for public intoxication.

Benjamin Piper, 52, of Riverton, was arrested at about 5:20 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of East Pershing Avenue for public intoxication.

Edward Brown, 58, of Riverton, was arrested at about 6:10 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of North Federal Boulevard for public intoxication.

Krey Groesbeck, 25 of Riverton, was arrested at about 8:30 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Adams Avenue for battery on a household member. Minor injuries were recorded; no treatment was necessary.

Quinn Duran, 26, of Riverton, was arrested at about 10 p.m. Monday in the 3100 block of College Hill Drive for child endangering and on two Fremont County Sheriff's Office warrants. Officials said he was intoxicated while caring for a 2-year-old girl, who was found locked in a bedroom while Duran was hiding in a closet.

In Fremont County Sheriff's Office weekend reports through Monday:

-Deputies responded at about 12:40 p.m. Friday to reports that 25-30 horses were on the road on Eight Mile Road west of Riverton.

Toni Aguilar, 39, of Riverton, was arrested at about 12:50 p.m. Friday on Speyer Drive in Lander on a Fremont County warrant for attempt to deliver methamphetamine and two Fremont County warrants for accessory to delivery of methamphetamine.

Chelsea Calvert, 23, of Riverton, was arrested at about 1:15 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of North Second Street in Lander on a Fremont County warrant for failure to appear.

Deputies responded at about 1:15 p.m. Friday to reports that a tractor trailer had jack-knifed in the 2800 block of U.S. Highway 26 in Dubois. The reporting party said the vehicle was blocking both lanes of travel; no damage was recorded.

The Wind River Police Department responded to reports of a two-vehicle crash at about 3:30 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of Rendezvous Road south of Riverton.

Deputies responded at about 9 p.m. Friday to reports that a vehicle had struck a cow in the 11000 block o Wyoming Highway 789 near Riverton. Initial reports indicated there were no injuries.

A license plate was reported lost at about 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the 4800 block of U.S. Highway 26 in Dubois.

Two 15-year-old girls were cited over the weekend for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Deputies responded at about 11:50 p.m. Saturday to reports that a blue 2015 Ram had been taken from the 400 block of Ridgeway Road in Riverton. Officials said the girls had taken the truck from a relative's residence and later returned it; the vehicle was damaged after the girls backed into a pole.

Deputies responded at about 5 p.m. Sunday to reports that there was a log in the northbound lane in the 3000 block of U.S. Highway 287 near Lander.

Alan Elison, 50, of Blackfoot, Idaho, was arrested at about 5:15 p.m. Sunday in the 7900 block of U.S. Highway 20 near Moneta for driving under the influence. Initial reports indicate he was driving a truck that was "going into oncoming traffic" and "all over the road."

Deputies contacted a motorist who was stuck in a snow bank at about 5:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Sinks Canyon Road above Lander, according to reports.

Travis Boulette, 23, of Lander, was arrested on a Laramie County bench warrant.

Gas was reported stolen at about 10:20 a.m. Monday from the 100 block of Elder Lane in Riverton.

Deputies responded at about 11:30 a.m. Monday to reports of a break-in in Pavillion.

Jeffrey McDowell, 57, of Riverton, was arrested at about 1:10 p.m. Monday in the 1100 block of Major Avenue in Riverton on a Fremont County warrant for probation revocation.

Elizabeth Reese, 58, of Riverton, was arrested at about 1:15 p.m. Monday in the 1100 block of Major Avenue on a Fremont County warrant for probation revocation.
