Arlo Means, 31, of Riverton, passed away Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017. A viewing and wake will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017, at Great Plains Hall. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, 2107, at Great Plains Hall with burial at the Sharpnose Cemetery.

Wyoming Arts Summit will be held Nov. 2 - Nov. 4 at the Lander Community Center. The event is an opportunity for Wyomigites to come together, learn from one another and empower the state's creative sector. The summit offers professional development track for arts advocates, administrators, educators and artists. Community events and concerts as part of the Wyoming Arts Summit begin with the Wyoming Arts Council's 50th Anniversary Concert at 7:30 p.m. in the Lander Valley High School auditorium.

The Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund board will meet 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Monarch meeting room at the Pronghorn Lodge Rodeway Inn, 150 East Main Street in Lander, to focus on review and award of October 2017 grant applications. In Riverton Police Department weekend reports through Monday:

Joshua David, 20, of Riverton, was cited at about 7:40 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of South Federal Boulevard for expired registration. Police were responding to a drunken driving report, but officials said David was not intoxicated.

Police responded at about 11 a.m. Friday to reports that $50 in damage had been done to a fuel pump nozzle at a gas station in the 1100 block of North Federal Boulevard.

A citation has been prepared for a suspect in a shoplifting report made at about 12:40 p.m. Friday in the 700 block of North Federal Boulevard.

Police responded at about 4:10 p.m. Friday to reports of a traffic incident in the 1600 block of North Federal Boulevard. Injuries were reported, but it didn't seem they were serious, officials said.

William Yellowrobe, 44, of Riverton, was arrested at about 4:10 p.m. Friday in the 700 block of North Federal Boulevard for public intoxication.

Kenneth Shakespeare, 31, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 6 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of North Ninth Street East for public intoxication.

Robert Felter, 26, of Riverton, was arrested at about 9:50 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of Elizabeth Drive for driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, stop sign violation and speeding. His passenger, Christopher Quiver, 24, of Riverton, was arrested on a Riverton municipal warrant.

Five people were cited at about 11:55 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of East Main Street: a16-year-old Riverton boy for possession of marijuana, and a 17-year-old Riverton boy, a 16-year-old Riverton boy, Jody Stransky, 18, of Riverton, and Nathaniel Burbeck, 18, of Riverton, for minor in possession. Officials said the subjects were in a vehicle on the east side of City Park after hours, so police made contact with the group and could smell marijuana. When the five stepped out of the vehicle, officers said they could see alcohol containers inside. The 16-year-old boy was the driver, according to reports, and he had not been drinking.

An officer located a shed with a broken door knob at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of North Smith Road. Reports state someone had gone inside the building and spray painted graffiti.

Sherie Crazythunder, 18, of Riverton, was arrested at about 5:5 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of West Park Avenue on a municipal warrant. She and a 17-year-old Riverton girl also were cited for minor in possession.

Christopher Monroe, 33, of Riverton, was arrested at about 5:25 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of South Federal Boulevard for interference. Officials said he wouldn't provide his name when contacted. When he was identified, he was arrested on a municipal warrant.

Chauncey Friday, 51, of Ethete, and Christopher SunRhodes, 64, of Arapahoe, both were arrested at about 6 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of North Federal Boulevard for public intoxication.

Police responded at about12:45 a.m. Sunday to reports of a minor traffic incident in the 500 block of North Fourth Street West; no injuries were recorded.

Police responded at about 1:50 a.m. Sunday to reports of an assault in the 500 block of East Main Street. Officials said one subject was "beaten up" and was transported to the local emergency room, but he did not know who had assaulted him.

Police responded at about 10 a.m. Sunday to reports that someone had broken into the Elks Club, 207 E. Main St., and taken money out of a safe.

A 15-year-old boy was entered as a runaway at about 7:35 p.m. Sunday from Blackfoot Avenue.

A citation has been prepared for a suspect in an assault reported at about 8:25 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of South Seventh Street East. Minor injuries were recorded.

Police responded at about 9:25 p.m. Sunday to reports that someone had kicked open a door to a home in the 1300 block of South Federal Boulevard. The reporting party said the suspect "got blood all over the door (and) took off." Police were unable to locate the suspect.

A citation has been prepared for the subject in a theft reported at about 2:20 a.m. Monday in the 4500 block of Valley View Road. The reporting party said she knew the suspect and had invited him into her house because he told her he was homeless and hadn't eaten for a while. While he was there, she said he took $260 in items include jewelry and cash.

Johnetta Seminole, 51, of Riverton, was arrested at about 3:10 a.m. Monday in the 400 block of South Third Street East on a Riverton municipal warrant.

Chasten Moon, 27, of Riverton, was arrested at about 4:30 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Main Street on a Riverton municipal warrant.

In Fremont County Sheriff's Office weekend reports through Monday:

Marie Donathan, 25, of Riverton, was arrested at about 11:10 a.m. Friday in the 1500 block of East Monroe Avenue in Riverton for domestic violence battery. Officials said it is alleged she grabbed a household member by the arm, causing injury.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol responded at about 7:10 p.m. Friday to reports that a motorist had struck a moose in the 8500 block of Wyoming Highway 789 near Lander.

Deputies responded at about 7:55 p.m. Friday to reports of a possible chimney fire on Elder Lane in Riverton.

Deputies responded at about 11:20 a.m. Friday to reports that someone had "shot (a) window" in the 300 block of Rein Road in Riverton.

Maci Falkner, 47, of Dubois, was arrested at about 3 a.m. Saturday on Trout Creek Road in Fort Washakie for driving under the influence.

Deputies responded at about 9:30 a.m. Saturday to reports that someone had broken into a vehicle in Pavillion.

Deputies responded at about 2 p.m. Saturday to reports of a burglary in Hudson.

Joshua Watts, 30, of Hudson, was arrested at about 9:40 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of South Indiana Avenue in Hudson for driving under the influence and oh a Fremont County civil bench warrant for contempt of court. Deputies were responding to reports regarding a white truck "speeding around town."

Tanya McDaniel, 41, of Dubois, was arrested at about 6:20 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of West Ramshorn Street for driving under the influence. Deputies were responding to reports that someone had "(run) off the road."

Deputies responded at about 11:05 p.m. Sunday to reports that a donkey and sheep were "out on the street" in the 2200 block of North Second Street in Lander.

Henry Alberts, 35, of Arapahoe, was arrested at about 2:20 a.m. Monday in the 1700 block of East Monroe Avenue in Riverton for domestic violence battery. Deputies were responding to reports from a juvenile who said her step-dad was fighting her mom. Alberts is alleged to have head-butted a household member in the head.

Samantha Vigil, 24, of Riverton, was arrested on two Fremont County civil bench warrants for contempt of court.

Deputies responded at about 9:45 a.m. Monday to reports that a gold 2000 Chevy Silverado extended cab truck with license plate 10-14204 was stolen from behind a shop in the 600 block of South Federal Boulevard in Riverton. The reporting party said the vehicle was "warming up" at the time.

A car was reported stolen at about 3:30 p.m. Monday in Riverton.

Dillon Aoah, 25, of Fort Washakie, was arrested at about 3:45 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of Norkok Street in Fort Washakie on a Fremont County warrant for probation revocation.

Jake Weber, 35, of Riverton, was arrested at about 5 p.m. Monday on Tunnel Hill Road near Pavillion for driving under the influence. Initial reports indicate he was speeding and "almost ran off the road."
